In this role you will be maintaining premium residential gardens, and enjoy variety and challenge, as every garden has something different.
We have an opening for an Horticultural Apprentice, starting immediately. Ideally you will already have started your apprenticeship and have 1-2 years experience behind you. However, we value attitude and passion highly, so even if you have no experience we’d still love to hear from you.
The garden maintenance industry is growing fast in Australia, and there is a significant shortage of experienced crew. Well trained gardeners will continue to be highly sought after. We offer apprenticeship support, ongoing on-the-job training to develop your skills and plant knowledge, and the chance to work in some of Sydney’s most beautiful private gardens.

You will have:
- Practical experience in similar role (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
