In this role you will be maintaining premium residential gardens. Ideally we are looking for someone with 3+ years experience in high-end residential garden maintenance. However, we value attitude and passion highly, so if you don’t have that much experience (or you have lots of experience!) we’d still love to hear from you.
The garden maintenance industry is growing fast in Australia, and there is a significant shortage of experienced crew. Well trained gardeners will continue to be highly sought after. We offer ongoing on-the-job training to develop your skills and plant knowledge, and the chance to work in some of Sydney’s most beautiful private gardens.
We also take pride in the fact that we have females “on the tools” in all of our teams. Regardless of your gender, age or culture – we are looking for ability, talent and commitment.

Skills & Experience:
- Qualification in Horticulture (preferred)
- Practical experience in similar role
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
