Spirit Level constructs beautiful and bespoke gardens, all designed by our highly regarded in-house design studio. Our focus is on building exquisitely detailed gardens to the highest level of workmanship. We build gardens to last, gardens that improve over time.
We work all over Sydney. Most projects are located in the Eastern Suburbs, North Shore and Northern Beaches.
We take pride in the fact we have very low staff turnover and have assisted ambitious people to achieve their career goals. We are a strong team who work together to achieve outstanding results.

About the role:
- Site preparation & clearing
- Drainage installation
- Structural works – decks, pergolas, retaining walls
- Hard landscaping – concreting, paving, water features
- Soft landscaping – soilworks, planting, mulching, turfing Irrigation installation

Skills & Experience:
- Qualification in Landscape Construction (Cert II or III preferred). 4th year apprentices considered
- Practical experience in similar role
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, in all weather conditions
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
